Questions that took 5 minutes now took 5 seconds. Our team stopped context-switching. Clients started getting faster, better answers.
We realised quickly that every Perfex CRM agency has this problem. So we turned our internal tool into a product, hardened the security, built a proper licensing system, and shipped it.
Sociably is still built and maintained by the same team of four that uses it every day. When we fix a bug or add a feature, it's because we hit that bug or needed that feature ourselves first.
