Sociably AI is a module for Perfex CRM that adds an AI assistant to every client profile. Instead of clicking through invoices, contracts and notes manually, you ask a question and get the answer instantly.
It works in three places:

Installation takes under 5 minutes. You do not need server access or technical skills beyond basic Perfex CRM admin usage.
crm.youragency.com, the module will only work on that domain. Contact support@sociably.media to change your domain.
All settings are in ClientPortal AI → Settings in your Perfex admin panel.
Your license key from app.sociably.media/dashboard. Starts with sai_. Keep this private — it is domain-locked to your CRM.
Pre-filled as https://api.sociably.media. Do not change this unless instructed by support.
The language the AI responds in. Default is English. The AI also auto-detects the language of the question and responds accordingly. Available options: English, Greek, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch.
Toggle the AI assistant on or off without uninstalling the module. Useful for maintenance.
After saving settings, click Test Connection. You should see a green success message with your remaining credits.

The floating widget in the bottom-right corner of your Perfex admin shows a Daily Briefing panel. It loads automatically and shows:

When clients ask about payment, offer our installment plan option.Sociably AI responds in the language the user writes in. If you ask in Greek, it answers in Greek. If you ask in English, it answers in English. The default language setting is a fallback when the language cannot be detected.

The Sociably AI Chrome extension lets you access your CRM data from any browser tab — without opening Perfex.

Your license key is tied to a single domain — the URL of your Perfex CRM installation. The module will only work on that domain.
To change your licensed domain, email support@sociably.media with your old and new domain. Domain changes are verified manually and completed within 24 hours.
Your license key is visible in your dashboard. Keep it private — anyone with your key and domain can use your credits.
Annual subscribers receive all module updates for 12 months. New versions are released monthly with bug fixes, security patches and new features.

No. Client data (invoices, contracts, notes) is sent to our API only to generate the AI response and is never stored on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Yes. Anyone with access to your Perfex CRM can use the AI assistant. The Chrome extension requires each user to enter the license key once.
The AI will stop responding and show a "No credits remaining" message. Your data and settings are preserved. Top up credits from inside the module or from your dashboard.
Each license covers one domain. Contact us for multi-domain pricing.
Sociably AI works with Perfex CRM version 3.0 and above. If you are on an older version, we recommend updating Perfex first.
The AI responds in whatever language the user writes in. It has been tested extensively in Greek and English. All major European languages are supported.
The Core pack (€9 for 1,000 credits) is our entry point. Credits never expire so you can test at your own pace with no time pressure.
Make sure the module is activated in Setup → Modules. If activated but not showing, try clearing your browser cache.
Your server needs outbound HTTPS access to api.sociably.media on port 443. Some shared hosting providers block outbound connections. Contact your hosting provider and ask them to whitelist api.sociably.media.
Go to Perfex CRM → ClientPortal AI → Settings → Save Settings. This syncs your client list. Wait a few seconds then search again in the extension.
The /sociably command should respond within 5 seconds. If it times out, check that your Slack workspace is connected in Dashboard → Integrations.
This happens when the module cannot read the client's data from Perfex. Check that the module is activated and that your license key is correct in Settings.
