1. Acceptance of terms

By purchasing, downloading or using any Sociably product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of service

Sociably provides an AI-powered module for Perfex CRM that enables agency staff to query client data using natural language. The service operates on a credit-based model where each AI response consumes one credit.

3. License

Upon purchase, you receive a single-domain license to install and use the Sociably ClientPortal AI module on one Perfex CRM installation. The license is:

• Locked to the domain you specify at the time of purchase
• Non-transferable without written consent from Sociably
• Valid for as long as you have credits remaining
• Not permitted for resale, redistribution or sub-licensing

4. Credits

Credits are purchased in advance and deducted per AI response. Credits do not expire and are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no more than 10% have been used.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Sociably to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Transmit sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary for CRM operations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or extract source code from the module
• Use the service on more domains than your license permits
• Share your license key with third parties

6. Data and privacy

Sociably processes client data from your Perfex CRM solely to generate AI responses. We do not store, sell or share your CRM data with third parties. All data transmission is encrypted. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

8. Intellectual property

All Sociably software, branding and documentation is owned by Themelio Studio. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute any part of our product without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sociably and Themelio Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
