Does it work with my version of Perfex CRM?
Sociably AI works with Perfex CRM version 3.0 and above. It installs like any other Perfex module — upload ZIP, activate, enter license key. No server access or coding required.
Is my client data safe?
Yes. Client data (invoices, contracts, notes) is sent to our API only to generate the AI response and is immediately discarded. We never store, sell or share your CRM data. All connections are encrypted. The license key is cryptographically locked to your domain so it cannot be used on any other server.
What languages does it support?
The AI auto-detects the language of the question and responds accordingly. It has been extensively tested in Greek and English. All major European languages are supported including French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and Portuguese.
Can multiple staff members use it?
Yes. Anyone with access to your Perfex CRM can use the AI assistant. For the Chrome extension, each user enters the license key once during setup. Credits are shared across all users.
What happens when my annual plan expires?
The module continues to work but you will no longer receive updates or support. To get the latest version and continued support, renew your annual plan. Any unused chat credits are preserved — they never expire regardless of subscription status.
